1)  Q Who do I contact if I have lost my account information?
A
Call the office at your child's building. The offices have a list of all the accounts and will be able to pass on that information to you. Paper copies of the original letter and tutorial can also be mailed home.
2)  Q If I use the online contact form, how long will it take for someone to get back to me?
A
The contact form address is checked daily by two individuals. Responses are either sent out then or routed to the appropriate person, depending on the nature of the issue.
3)  Q I can't connect to the site from my home PC. What do I need to do?
A
If you are a cable broadband user and have firewall software loaded on your PC, you may have an issue. You need to ensure that the firewall software is not blocking the PowerSchool login site or filtering it in any way.
4)  Q Why are there assignments listed for some teachers and not others?
A
No requirement was established mandating the frequency of grade book updates. Minimally, teachers will enter marking period grades. It was agreed that we will learn together what is best for our teachers and our students and will smooth out the bumps as a supportive learning community.
5)  Q What do the dashes next to an assignment mean?
A
The dashes indicate that the assignment has not yet been corrected and does not calculate into the final grade.
