  • The East Lansing Public Library is a vital part of this community. In order to remain a key resource and continue to provide the materials, programming and services that are most important to its patrons, the library’s Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is conducting a Patron Survey. As they move into a strategic planning year, the library’s CAC will use the information from this survey to help determine the library’s future programming, materials, and service priorities in order to maximize both its resources and positive impact in the community.

The library encourages all community members to help them by taking the online survey located on the library’s website at www.elpl.org. Those who take the survey may have their names entered into a raffle to win a Thank You gift basket sponsored by the Friends of the East Lansing Public Library. In order to get the most reliable information possible, patrons are asked to complete the survey only once. Printed copies of the survey are available throughout the library and can be turned in at the circulation desk.

For questions regarding the survey, please contact Jeffrey D. Miles, ELPL Community Advisory Committee at milesjef@yahoo.com or the library at 517-351-2420.
