The East Lansing Public Schools owns two videoconferencing units, Polycomm HDX7000's. These units provide for online shared classes, interactive projects, and virtual field trips.

Teachers can schedule virtual field trips with over 200 content providers nationwide and with this equipment they can connect to other classrooms anywhere in the world. Students can see and hear the connecting site through the high definition camera, television unit, and microphone.

This site will list scheduled events in the district and also provide links to online resources for parents, teachers, and students.
