Parent Volunteers needed for Jr/Sr Activities Committees and Planning!

Post-Prom planning is underway, but we are missing some crucial committee chairs and members.  Please contact Amy Uecker at amyuecker@att.net or Mary McDaniel at mcdaniel64@comcast.net if you can lend a hand with Decorating or Raffle ASAP!

Post‑Prom Donations

The Junior/Senior Activities committee is seeking both financial and door prize donations for the Post‑Prom festivities currently in the planning stages.  Please click here to download the donation form or contact Nancy and Doug Pearsall at dougpear@comcast.net. 

We are also seeking Corporate donations.  Please consider approaching your company to support the Post Prom mission of keeping our teens safe that night!  For information regarding corporate contributions, contact Doug Ripley at ripperd@comcast.net.

ELHS Bowling Bash!

E L parents!  Come join our adults only event at City Limits (formerly Marvelanes) on Saturday evening April 13.  $20 per person with the event proceeds going to support Post-Prom expenses. Sponsored by the 2013 Jr/Sr Activities Committee.

Post-Prom Volunteer Needs

Prom and Post-Prom ticket sales: 2 or 3 adults needed Weds April 24, Thursday Apr 25, Friday April 26,  Monday April 29, Tuesday April 30, and Weds May 1 during the lunch hours from 11 am - 1 pm in the high school locker area lobby.  Contact Volunteer Coordinators Laura Dotson at laladot@gmail.com or Karen Fleming at flemingk@dewittschools.net.
